R.A.F.T.S., a volunteer, community-based organization providing recovery support and resources to those suffering with drug or alcohol addiction and their families, is providing Telephone Recovery Support as one of its services. The service is a “check-in” support service where calls can be set up weekly, or on another desired schedule, to see how people in recovery and/or their family members are doing. Those in recovery are given encouragement, support and information such as locations and dates for relevant meetings and community events. Calls are made by recovery coaches trained through the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR) program and many are in recovery.
We are here for you.
